About the role:

As an Operation Manager, you will lead the delivery of services for Lancing and Visual Testing Steam Generator services to operational nuclear power plants.

You will report to the Steam Generator Director and be based in Villejust, France, with flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage responsibilities for your team members.
• Establish standardized programs and actions to ensure and improve safety conditions and results.
• Achieve high reliability and minimize human error.
• Lead your area of responsibility to position Westinghouse as the first choice for customers based on service performance.
• Optimize crew utilization through cross-utilization and collaboration across the platform.
• Define operating models to enhance financial results.
• Plan resources and training, develop talent, and ensure competency development.
• Support business development and offer building.
• Develop tools and methodologies to improve service preparation, onsite visual management, and real-time production tracking.
• Promote standardization across groups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Over 5 years of field service or operational experience.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of steam generator maintenance is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to French NPPs.
