Are you ready to transform the corporate well-being industry with us? We are seeking a talented Operations Manager Partner (M/F) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize access to sports and well-being activities for employees. You will be part of the Operations team, which aims to develop a comprehensive, efficient operational platform and deliver the best customer experience globally.

Our main missions to achieve these objectives include:

  • Handling administrative tasks (contracts, onboarding, data management, etc.)
  • Managing cash flow (billing, partner payments, etc.)
  • Providing customer support (users, companies, partners)
  • Continuously improving our processes to enhance user experience

Three verticals define our team:

  • Members: BtoC, Wellpass app users
  • Partners: BtoB, our partner gyms like Neoness, Episod, Dynamo, Five, Climb up, etc.
  • Corporates: BtoB, our corporate clients such as Deloitte, Carrefour, Ratp, Konbini

The core process of the Partners team is Requisition to Pay, covering the entire partner lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to calculating and paying monthly remunerations. This process is vital for scalability, efficiency through automation, and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing the best experience to partners and ensuring a win-win relationship
  • Optimizing onboarding processes (collecting info, creating partner profiles in Salesforce, sending access)
  • Responding to partner tickets promptly and professionally
  • Managing administrative tasks (payments, billing, loyalty programs)
  • Identifying and addressing friction points in partner journeys
  • Improving processes and automating tasks
  • Proposing evolutions to enhance services and tools

Your fitness level

  • Training in sales administration or related fields
  • First experience in partner communication, sponsorship, or administration, with a focus on partner satisfaction
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Rigorous, committed, and personable with strong relationship skills
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and solution-oriented
  • Energetic, dynamic, and motivating
  • Engaged and receptive to challenges, able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of the sports environment (gyms, premium studios)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • 1 month: Master all tools and respond to partners within 10 working hours
  • 3 months: Become comfortable with onboarding, payments, and technical support
  • 6 months: Ensure partner support, satisfaction, bug follow-up, and info updates

  • Initial 30-minute interview with Dolihane, Talent Acquisition Manager
  • One-week at-home case study
  • Interview with Yousri, Operations Director
  • 30-minute interview with Zlatiana, VP Operations
  • 30-minute team fit session at our offices
