About the role

Context

The Manager of Client Account Managers supervises a team dedicated to managing relationships with Enterprise clients, Major Accounts, and Operators. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective deployment of post-sale offerings, in collaboration with nearly 800 employees of Orange SA.

Purpose: Providing excellent service to support the digitalization of our clients' connectivity by leveraging our collective expertise and developing our skills

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading a team of network advisors responsible for managing complex network orders for Major Accounts requiring specific scheduling across Orange's product and service range, in compliance with order, delivery, and regulatory processes.
  2. Ensuring the progress and completion of various service production phases (client networks) by supervising your team.
  3. Fostering team management, promoting visibility, and capitalizing on expertise to serve team members and candidates.
  4. Identifying new needs and considering staffing solutions for projects or clients you manage.
  5. Monitoring performance metrics and activity indicators precisely.
  6. Participating in individual follow-ups with team members, conducting HR management activities such as career interviews, and actively listening to their concerns, interests, training needs, or career developments.
  7. Contributing to transformation projects, knowledge sharing, and implementing innovative approaches.
About you

With a Bac+5 in Computer Science, you have at least 2 years of experience managing a team in a technical environment, ideally within networks, IT, or security sectors.

You demonstrate autonomy and proactive initiative in your tasks. You are eager to transfer technical and functional knowledge to less experienced team members involved in your projects and participate in innovation initiatives related to Orange Business offerings, especially in data and networks.

Your team spirit will facilitate your integration into the team.
