Responsibilities

• Руководить и развивать команду в Париже, формируя культуру высокой эффективности.
• Сотрудничать с продукт팀ами для улучшения функций и инструментов.
• Готовиться к экспансии на новые рынки с нуля.
• Выступать как старший контакт для водителей и стейкхолдеров, обеспечивая соответствие стандартам Wheely.

Wheely provides premium chauffeured transportation across major cities in Europe, the US, and the Middle East, combining technology with five-star chauffeuring. Its service is used by more than 100,000 active riders and 1,200 corporate accounts.

Задачи

• Own day-to-day operational execution, including chauffeur supply growth and retention
• Evolve the local operating model by turning global strategy and standards into effective on-the-ground execution
• Use data to identify operational risks and opportunities and design initiatives with clear, measurable impact
• Lead and grow the Paris operations team, building a culture of high performance and engagement
• Partner with product teams to shape feature development and improve operational tooling
• Support market expansion by preparing to launch business in new areas from scratch
• Act as a senior point of contact for chauffeurs and key external stakeholders, representing Wheely's standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable French regulations and VTC licensing requirements

• 1–3+ Years building, growing, or scaling something meaningful with limited structure, with the ability to move quickly from analysis to execution
• Analytically strong, entrepreneurial, motivated by ownership, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes in open-ended environments
• Relevant experience in scaling operations in a fast-paced tech environment, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or an early or founding team at a consumer or marketplace startup
• Fluent French and English
• Based in Paris and able to work in the office 4 days a week
