Upway is hiring an Operations Manager for its Operations team in France. The Operations team's role is to create the largest and highest-quality e-bike offering for Upway shoppers by sourcing, refurbishing, and delivering e-bikes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing key parts of the operational flow, leading teams in our warehouse, building processes to optimize operations, analyzing data to identify gaps, and collaborating closely with other departments to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

What you will do

1. Lead and scale a team of warehouse operators
2. Design, build, and own key parts of the operational flow
3. Make customer-centric decisions
4. Ensure daily warehouse output meets standards
5. Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and partners
6. Design, implement, and improve processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency
7. Set up tools and dashboards for operational insights
8. Collaborate with other teams to support fast growth and expansion
9. Lead by example
