Positioned within walking distance to the beach and some of the region’s most acclaimed cafés and lifestyle destinations, the property caters to a growing segment of conscious, design-savvy travelers.

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and guest experience management across our private loft villa complex. You will lead a lean operational team, manage vendor relationships, coordinate villa maintenance and cleanliness standards, and uphold seamless guest interactions.

This is a hands-on leadership role best suited for someone who thrives in an agile, guest-first environment. You’ll work closely with ownership to shape service SOPs and ensure the property operates at peak performance across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Villa Operations & Guest Management

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house teams.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality across villas.

• Handle check-ins/check-outs, special requests, and conflict resolution.

Stock, Supplies & Procurement

• Monitor inventory of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and other operational stock.

• Liaise with suppliers to maintain availability and budget compliance.

Maintenance & Facility Oversight

• Schedule regular inspections of utilities and villa equipment (AC, pool, lighting, plumbing).

• Ensure quick resolution of technical or cleanliness issues affecting guest comfort.

Reporting & Revenue Tracking

• Submit weekly and monthly reporting to ownership covering expenses, bookings, and feedback.

• Assist in implementing pricing or promotion strategies across channels.

Platform & Vendor Coordination

• Manage OTA listings (Airbnb, Agoda, etc.) and guest communication pre-arrival.

• Work with third-party service providers (laundry, landscaping, pest control) to ensure consistent quality.

Requirements:

• Based in or willing to relocate to South Bali (on-site position).

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience managing villas or boutique hotels.

• Proficiency with OTA platforms and reservation management systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service orientation.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
