Opportunity

The Brunswick Paris office is looking to strengthen its 45 consultant team with an Account Director position.

Account Directors produce high-quality advisory documents demonstrating a deep understanding of clients and issues. You will regularly provide advice and analysis to clients and develop an advisory voice informed by research experience and awareness of market trends and events. You will manage key workstreams and guide executives and assistants on the account.

As an Account Director, you will also develop your network and build relationships with clients, media advisers, Brunswick colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will work to enhance your media handling skills and understand Brunswick's sectors and offers to connect them with clients as part of our integrated approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver media, political, regulatory, and market analysis to clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis and experience.
  • Manage the development of client documents, including drafting, proofing, editing, version control, and project management of workstreams.
  • Guide executives and assistants in supporting accounts effectively.
  • Develop a solid understanding of different sectors and specialist offers.
  • Ensure smooth logistics for client meetings and events, managing expectations to deliver on time and beyond.
  • Develop an advisory voice informed by research and market awareness.
  • Nurture a network within and outside the firm, providing valuable insights for the firm and clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of business issues, current affairs, and key trends.
  • 2-4 years experience in a communications agency supporting corporate clients, in-house communications, or related industries like management consulting or investment banking.
  • Understanding of business finance and politics.
  • Excellent research, analysis, and synthesis skills for business audiences.
  • Proven project management experience overseeing multiple workstreams.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client service attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
