We are currently expanding our market reach in France and seeking experienced operations consultants to help transform our clients and work within high-performing project teams on large, complex transformational programs. As a key member of our client engagement teams, you will lead work streams and collaborate with industry-leading clients across various sectors to reduce risks and enhance business continuity and asset productivity. Your work will help save lives, boost performance, and improve the working lives of your clients’ employees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate actively in client engagement teams, executing complex tasks and leading work streams.
• Support sales efforts by developing high-quality proposals and solutions, and participate in client business development meetings.
• Analyze operational processes, management efficiency, and identify opportunities for performance improvement in safety, operational excellence, or environmental sustainability.
• Engage with clients through meetings and interviews, working directly to implement practical solutions.
• Analyze data to develop recommendations and solutions, and prepare high-quality presentations and documentation for client engagements.
• Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, and DILOS assessments.
• Design and deliver training, coaching, and workshops at client sites.

This role is home-based in France but will require frequent travel to client sites, up to 4 days per week.

Who are you today?

Beyond being yourself, you embrace diversity and inclusivity. You will ideally hold a degree or master’s in engineering or a related business field, with prior management consulting experience and industry-specific work. Experience in operational excellence, operational risk, safety, or sustainability within project teams and leading workstreams is essential.

Key qualities include adaptability, ability to work with diverse and remote teams, and a track record of achieving business and client objectives. Fluency in French and English is required, with proficiency in a third European language highly desirable.

The role demands strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
