Vestiaire Collective is seeking an FP&A Manager – Operations in Paris to partner with the Operations organisation, leading planning, budgeting and forecasting across the global scope. You will drive financial performance, build advanced models and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will collaborate with COO and VP Finance Ops, deliver data-driven recommendations, and contribute to automation and AI-powered improvements in reporting

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Comfort with data tools (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau) and AI-powered processes.

Responsabilités

• Own and support planning, budgeting and forecasting for Operations.
• Monitor performance against budget; identify variances and provide insights.
• Define KPIs (CPO, CPI, repayment rate, cost per contact, shipping, productivity, CSAT, lead times).
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations and Finance to translate data into actions.
• Develop financial models for major operational projects and investments.
