A leading wellbeing company is hiring an Operations Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support their operations team and executive leadership. This remote-first position focuses on improving workflows, managing admin tasks, and providing executive support, with a strong emphasis on organization and discretion.
Compensation : $3,500-$4,000 / month
Type : Full-Time Contract-to-Hire (initial 1-month contract with potential for long-term role)

We're hiring an Operations Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support our Operations team and executive leadership. This person will be instrumental in offloading day-to-day responsibilities from our CEO, Chief of Staff, and Senior Project Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
