Location Overview:

Our office is located in the 8th arrondissement within the Parisian Golden Triangle, featuring luxury modern workspaces, abundant natural light, and easy access by public transport.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will support our Sales Trading Desks and work closely with external clients, back office, settlement teams, and Client Relationship Managers. The team primarily handles booking, allocation, and confirmation of Cash Equity and Fixed Income trades with institutional clients.

Additional responsibilities include interacting with the Front Office, managing queries, prioritizing client needs to meet benchmarks, ensuring timely completion of functions according to standards, managing inbox queries, and adhering to process control standards.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and the ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accuracy of client portfolios using comparison tools
  • Perform research and conduct analyses, including handling transactions requiring special attention
  • Explore process improvements to reduce risks and enhance client experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agents on trade and support activities
  • Create reports and liaise internally for client and regulatory reporting
  • Escalate risks and exposures promptly
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and new processes requiring coordination across teams
