Overview

Fluktuat is a Family Office based in the heart of Paris, operating in an international environment. Specialising in systemic research and investment, Fluktuat identifies and supports initiatives transitioning towards a resilient and sustainable economic system. A significant shift is underway with increased engagement for a second family, requiring enhanced support and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative and legal entity management:
  • Manage administrative tasks for family-owned legal entities and selected client entities of Fluktuat, collaborating closely with pre-accounting officers and chartered accountants.
  • Prepare, organise, and store official documents and reports.
  • Coordinate communication with external service providers, such as lawyers, financial institutions, and fiduciaries.
  • Real estate management:
  • Oversee the coordination and management of international real estate portfolios.
  • Serve as a liaison between agencies, tenants, property managers, and service providers.
  • Oversee the regular upkeep of properties and offices, fostering seamless functioning.
  • Agenda coordination and correspondence management:
  • Manage and coordinate complex schedules and agendas for principals from two international families.
  • Foster effective communication and follow-up during meetings, events, and travel arrangements, collaborating closely with the assigned travel agency.
  • Facilitate seamless interaction and information exchange between key figures and relevant parties.
Essential Skills and qualifications
  • You are fluent in English or bilingual, comfortable communicating with international stakeholders.
  • Proficient with IT tools (Office Suite, video conferencing, shared file management).
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset, where one anticipates needs and promptly offers solutions.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with great care and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities to coordinate cross-functional projects.
Position specifics
  • Supports two families with increased involvement in activities relating to the second family.
  • Direct supervision by the Head of Operations; regular direct interactions with principals.
  • Based in Paris (1st arrondissement, near Metro Palais-Royal or Pyramides) with few occasional travels.
  • Remote working on an occasional basis is allowed.

Salary range

From €50,000 gross per month, with the final salary genuinely dependent on your skills and experience. In addition, your compensation is meaningfully tied to our clients’ performance via a profit-sharing arrangement and potential equity awards (including free shares), in line with plan terms.

Recruitment process
