Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of engineers.
• Ensure all team members follow established processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with PSL Leaders to align team performance with organizational goals.
• Act as the bridge between team members, management, and clients like Airbus.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance and holding the team accountable.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead, preferably in technical or operational roles.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, mobility, and security operations.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
