Qualifications

• 3 ans d'expérience réussie dans un rôle similaire au sein d'une banque ou d'un cabinet d'audit.
• Connaissance de la gestion des risques opérationnels et du contrôle interne.

Responsabilités

• Coordonner et mettre en œuvre le programme de contrôle interne mensuel.
• Surveiller les risques opérationnels en tant que seconde ligne de défense.

We are looking for an Internal Controller/Operational Risk Officer (M/F) for the French branch of a major international banking group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and implementing the monthly internal control programme.
2. Control and monitor operational risk as a second line of defence.
3. Ensure the organisation and preparation of the monthly Operations Control Committee.
4. Prepare all reports for the head office (European or Tokyo) regarding operational risk.
5. Coordinate the introduction of new products.
6. Ensure the follow-up and implementation of action plans concerning the various internal and external audits.

Experience Required:

1. You will have a university degree (BAC+5) in Audit / Risk Control.
2. You will have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within a bank or audit firm.

You must have:

1. Knowledge of operational risk management and internal control in banking.
2. A fluent level of English.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: operational knowledge of Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. The following skills: rigorous, willing, autonomous and have an excellent analytical mind.
5. A strong communication spirit, you will be in permanent contact with all the departments of the branch within the framework of your periodic controls.
