Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager (Operational Resilience) to strengthen France's risk control environment. You will operate in the 1LoD, oversee controls, and scale processes across regions, contributing to a robust risk framework.

The role focuses on identifying and mitigating risk, developing procedures, and delivering risk insights. You’ll work in a fast-paced, globally oriented product company with strong emphasis on culture and inclusion.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and associated regulations for banks.
• Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls.
• Familiarity with implementation and testing.
• Previous examples of interpreting and organising complex data.
• Track record of achievement (academic, professional, or sport).
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities.
• Organised and methodological approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
