Job summary

time:matters is seeking a logistics professional to develop operational solutions and pricing concepts, coordinate global tenders, and translate customer needs into scalable operations. The role focuses on supplier selection, end-to-end implementation, and ongoing optimization while collaborating across Sales, Network, Finance and external partners.

Fluency in French and English is required, with Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years, or vocational training with 8+ years in logistics
• Fluent French, English, and preferably Dutch
• Strong knowledge of Express Network Solutions is mandatory
• Independent, solution-oriented with fast learning
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Excellent intercultural skills and ability to work in a matrix setup
• Strong negotiation and data analytics skills with Excel and Power BI
