Une entreprise de conseil, ALPHA Consult, recherche un Expert en Configuration Opérationnelle et Gestion d'Actifs à Strasbourg pour un contrat à durée déterminée. Le candidat sera chargé d'assurer la gestion des modifications d'infrastructure opérationnelle et de contribuer à l'optimisation des processus liés à la gestion des actifs. Des compétences en gestion de la configuration et un bon niveau d'anglais sont requis, avec une rémunération compétitive.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans la gestion de la configuration opérationnelle.
• Compétences en gestion d'inspection et de suivi des actifs.
• Capacité à travailler en anglais à un niveau B2 minimum.
• Statut de citoyen de l'UE requis.

Responsabilités

• Assurer le contrôle des modifications des versions as-design, as-built et as-operated.
• Évaluer les demandes de changement en opération.
• Mettre à jour les bases de données de gestion de configuration et de suivi des actifs.

ALPHA Consult has spun off from a leading strategy consultancy to specialize further on management consulting services in aerospace & defence applications (chiefly GNSS, EO, GovSatCom and UAVs) and related industries (e.g., LBS, Aviation, Rail, Road, Maritime, High precision, Agriculture, High tech, Telecommunications) in Europe and Africa. ALPHA Consult performs market analyses and forecasts, competitive environment assessments, business plans, costs benefits analysis (CBA) as well as go to market strategy, road map definition and project management activities to support implementation for European institutions and large aerospace conglomerates.

Our research

• Position: Operational Configuration and Asset Management.
• Effort: Full time.
• Place: GSMC-FR, St. Germaine-en-Laye, close to Paris.
• Duration: The starting date is ASAP with the contract that will end on 30/11 and then will be automaticallyrenewed yearby year.
• PSC: A PSC up to EU-S is required.
• English: At least B2.
• Citizenship: EU only (holders of VISA permits only will be rejected).

Contribute to operational Infrastructure Configuration and Asset Management by implementing the following activities:

I. Ensuring that the changes between as-design, as-built and as-operated baselines are controlled, recorded and assessed in the proper CCB.

II. Evaluating the Operational Infrastructure Changes Request stemming from deployment and maintenance activities.

III. Review and Update the Configuration Management and Asset Tracking databases as required.

IV. Prepare and participate to configuration and asset inspections as required and produce the inspection report when inspection is under EUSPA responsibility.

V. Witness configuration and asset inspection carried on by the contractor on the deployed systems in line with the organization notes and yearly inspection plans.

VI. Review the Inventories deliveries submitted by the operators/Segment providers.

VII. Support the Write-off process (e.g. review the requests from WO submitter, consolidate, evaluate, submit to EC, flow down the decisions, track the implementation).

VIII. Support recurrent/ad hoc meetings on Operational Configuration and Asset Management (e.g. review meetings, annual Asset Workshop, …).

IX. Propose continuous improvement on the processes of the daily activities.
