Our research

• Position: Operational Configuration and Asset Management.
• Effort: Full time.
• Location: GSMC-FR, St. Germain-en-Laye, near Paris.
• Duration: Starting ASAP, contract ending 30/11, with automatic annual renewal.
• PSC: Up to EU-S required.
• Language: English B2 or higher.
• Citizenship: EU only (VISA holders will be rejected).

Position Details - Operational Configuration and Asset Management

Contribute to operational infrastructure configuration and asset management by:

1. Controlling, recording, and assessing changes between as-design, as-built, and as-operated baselines in the CCB.
2. Evaluating operational infrastructure change requests from deployment and maintenance activities.
3. Reviewing and updating configuration management and asset tracking databases.
4. Preparing and participating in configuration and asset inspections, producing reports under EUSPA responsibility.
5. Witnessing contractor-conducted inspections on deployed systems, following organizational notes and inspection plans.
6. Reviewing inventory deliveries from operators/segment providers.
7. Supporting write-off processes: reviewing requests, consolidating, evaluating, submitting to EC, tracking decisions.
8. Supporting operational meetings and continuous process improvements.
