ALPHA Consult performs market analyses, forecasts, competitive environment assessments, business plans, costs-benefits analyses (CBA), go-to-market strategies, road map definitions, and project management activities to support implementation for European institutions and large aerospace conglomerates.

Our research

• Position: Operational Configuration and Asset Management
• Effort: Full-time
• Location: GSMC-FR, St. Germaine-en-Laye, near Paris
• Duration: Starting ASAP, with a contract ending on 30/11, then automatically renewed annually
• PSC: A PSC up to EU-S is required
• Language: English at least B2 level
• Citizenship: EU only (holders of VISA permits only will be rejected)

Contribute to operational infrastructure configuration and asset management by implementing the following activities:

1. Ensure changes between as-design, as-built, and as-operated baselines are controlled, recorded, and assessed in the proper CCB
2. Evaluate operational infrastructure change requests stemming from deployment and maintenance activities
3. Review and update configuration management and asset tracking databases as required
4. Prepare and participate in configuration and asset inspections, producing inspection reports when under EUSPA responsibility
5. Witness configuration and asset inspections carried out by contractors on deployed systems in line with organization notes and yearly inspection plans
6. Review inventory deliveries submitted by operators/segment providers
7. Support the write-off process, reviewing requests, consolidating, evaluating, submitting to EC, and tracking implementation
8. Support recurrent and ad hoc meetings on operational configuration and asset management
9. Propose continuous improvements to daily activity processes
