• Location: GSMC-FR, St. Germaine-en-Laye, near Paris
• Duration: Starting ASAP, ending on 30/11, with automatic annual renewal
• PSC: A PSC up to EU-S is required

Position Details - Operational Configuration and Asset Management

Contribute to operational infrastructure configuration and asset management through the following activities:

1. Ensuring changes between as-design, as-built, and as-operated baselines are controlled, recorded, and assessed in the proper CCB.
2. Evaluating operational infrastructure change requests from deployment and maintenance activities.
3. Reviewing and updating configuration management and asset tracking databases as required.
4. Preparing and participating in configuration and asset inspections, producing inspection reports when under EUSPA responsibility.
5. Witnessing configuration and asset inspections conducted by contractors on deployed systems, following organizational notes and inspection plans.
6. Reviewing inventory deliveries from operators/segment providers.
7. Supporting the write-off process, including reviewing requests, consolidating, evaluating, and tracking implementation.
8. Supporting recurrent and ad hoc meetings on operational configuration and asset management.
9. Proposing continuous improvements to daily operational processes.
