• Effort: Full-time
• Location: GSMC-FR, St. Germaine-en-Laye, near Paris
• Duration: Start ASAP; contract ending 30/11, with automatic annual renewal
• PSC: A PSC up to EU-S is required
• Language: English B2 or higher

Position Details - Operational Configuration and Asset Management

Contribute to operational infrastructure configuration and asset management by implementing the following activities:

1. Control, record, and assess changes between as-design, as-built, and as-operated baselines in the proper CCB.
2. Evaluate operational infrastructure change requests stemming from deployment and maintenance activities.
3. Review and update configuration management and asset tracking databases as required.
4. Prepare and participate in configuration and asset inspections; produce inspection reports when inspections are under EUSPA responsibility.
5. Witness configuration and asset inspections conducted by contractors on deployed systems, in line with organizational notes and yearly inspection plans.
6. Review inventory deliveries submitted by operators/segment providers.
7. Support the write-off process, including reviewing requests, consolidating, evaluating, submitting to EC, and tracking implementation.
8. Support recurrent and ad hoc meetings related to operational configuration and asset management.
9. Propose continuous process improvements for daily activities.
