We are looking for a passionate Operational and Marketing Assistant who thrives in managing tourism activities, luxury concierge services, and digital marketing. You will play a key role in executing our daily operations, improving the employee experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duration: Fulltime 37 hours per week
Days off: Thursday and Friday
Oncall duties: Night phone duty oncall Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM from May to September
Tasks
1. Operational Management and Administrative Support
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and preselecting qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate new employee onboarding.
- Provide basic technical support for employees using management tools and applications.
- Manage booking synchronization and scheduling.
- Handle customer relations via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct quality audits and compile tour guide performance reports.
- Account for tips.
2. Tour and Event Management
- Integrate tours into our booking platforms (TicketingHub).
- Manage customer bookings and track guide attendance.
- Promote company activities at the end of tours.
- Ensure smooth service (calling guides, handling unexpected issues).
3. Luxury Concierge Services
- Respond to customer requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Make reservations for restaurants, hotels, and tourist activities.
- Provide relevant recommendations and information on local events and attractions.
- Anticipate client needs and offer personalized solutions.
4. Digital Marketing and Communication
- Create and manage engaging content for social media and websites.
- Optimize SEO and ensure natural referencing of blog articles.
- Write, plan, and publish social media posts.
- Use AI tools for content creation and trend analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to use management tools effectively.
- Proficiency in various software programs and time management.
- Strong interest in the tourism sector, luxury concierge services, and digital marketing.
- Natural leadership skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and technical skills.
- Enthusiastic learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level) and French (B2 level). Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
