Kuhlmann Europe, part of Tessenderlo Group, is a leader in various sectors including agriculture, bio-residue valorization, energy, and industrial solutions with a focus on water. The group employs over 4,800 people and reported a consolidated revenue of EUR 1.7 billion in 2020.

Kuhlmann Europe supplies municipalities and industries across Western Europe with coagulants and other chemicals for wastewater treatment and drinking water purification for nearly 200 years. We also produce industrial chemicals used in pharmaceuticals, oil and refineries, steel, de-icing, and fertilizers. Our production sites are located in Loos (France), Tessenderlo and Ham (Belgium), and Rekingen (Switzerland).

The French site features a state-of-the-art membrane electrolysis unit inaugurated in 2018, enabling the production of products like ferric chloride, caustic soda, and sodium hypochlorite, along with by-products that support a circular economy through sustainable processes.

As part of a new installation project, we are strengthening our production operator teams for a one-year period.

The production operator ensures the required production levels while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. They operate various production workshops autonomously.

• Operate the workshop in accordance with operational procedures, manufacturing products following good manufacturing practices and safety instructions.
• Perform first-level maintenance and contribute to the upkeep of tools, order, and cleanliness, embracing continuous improvement.
• Report malfunctions and propose corrective actions.
• Work under the supervision of the shift supervisor.

Applicants should hold a CQP operator qualification, CAP, CAIC, or BAC PRO diploma.
