Job Position: Opérateur de production H/F

Location: Laval (Mayenne, 53)

Job Description: We are looking for a production operator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our production line. Your main responsibilities include managing the flow of cardboard stacks, palletizing, labeling, correcting incorrect palletizations, preparing upcoming programs, feeding printers, reconditioning stacks after falls, cleaning and maintaining machines, and controlling quality.

Responsibilities:

• Label cardboard stacks exiting the machine, correct palletizations, and prepare upcoming programs.
• Feed printers, recondition stacks after falls, and clean and organize machines.
• Control the quality of the production.
• Maintain the machinery in good working order.

Candidate Profile:

• Rigorous and professional.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Familiar with safety and environmental procedures.
• Customer satisfaction awareness and understanding of work impact on product quality.
• Basic computer skills, especially with touchscreen interfaces.

Contract Details:

• Work hours: 3*8 shifts
