In this role, you will set up and monitor machine tools, maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures, and actively participate in Lean initiatives. Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities – Principales responsabilités

1. Set up the machine tool
2. Monitor the machine tool
3. Fill out the associated documents or software (MES, EAM…)
4. Ensure the preventive actions of the equipment TPM
5. Be an active participant in the 6S and Lean projects
6. Participate actively in the life of the EHS process by collaborating on various assessments and analyses led by the EHS department

Les responsabilités supplémentaires pour le rôle de référent au sein de l'équipe de suppléance incluent :

1. Ensure the continuity and proper functioning of production activities (communication, compliance with instructions, planning, etc.) while ensuring production according to Stryker's general or specific procedures (Machining / Finishing)
2. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and procedures
3. Maintain production flow (priority, material output, etc.)
