Job: Opérateur broyeur colle H/F

Job Description:

We are looking for an Opérateur broyeur colle H/F at our Laval (Mayenne, 53) plant, which employs 150 people. Reporting to the Onduleuse Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring continuous grinding of waste cartons from various departments,
• Intervening in case of technical issues,
• Monitoring glue levels, viscosity, and starch levels in the silo,
• Starting and stopping the glue station while controlling indicators,
• Preparing the glue,
• Loading bales in coordination with service providers,
• Communicating with the team to ensure smooth production flow.

Your Profile:

• You hold a valid CACES 3.
• You demonstrate rigor and professionalism.
• You have good interpersonal skills and can adapt flexibly within a team.
• You strictly follow procedures and safety/environmental guidelines.
• You understand customer satisfaction and the impact of your work on product quality.
• Basic computer skills (touchscreen) are a plus.
