Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a Solar Installation Oversight leader to guide a crew through solar installations in Île-de-France. You will collaborate with Project Management to deploy teams, ensure clean, accurate installations, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company procedures.

You will manage safety to high standards, oversee site surveys, wiring and interconnection, testing, commissioning, and documentation, with travel as required to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Management to deploy and run crew(s).
• Conduct site surveys and interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Manage project labor and adapt system design as needed.
• Test systems and perform wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures.
