Job summary

Vinted Group seeks an IT Hardware Specialist for our French warehouses with on-site duties 3-4 days a week. You will manage IT hardware, support networks, and collaborate with engineers to keep devices, printers, scanners, and servers running across Europe.

• Solid understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Willingness to travel within France and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of IT hardware across Vinted Go locations.
• Ensure warehouse IT equipment and services are operational.
• Support colleagues via ticketing and internal tools.
• Collaborate to build roadmaps for your area.
• Create processes to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
• Handle daily operations and document knowledge.
