As part of our collaboration with a global strategic partner, we aim to deliver an enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. To support our growth, we are seeking Onsite IT Support Technicians (m / f / d) at various client locations across Germany (Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden, Eschborn, Gerlingen, München, Hamburg, Markdorf, Ratingen, St Ingbert, St Leon Rot, Walldorf).

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of various IT systems, inspecting, prioritizing, and maintaining systems to high standards.
  • Provide effective solutions for software and hardware issues.
  • Respond to user inquiries and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
  • Record technical issues and solutions in the Knowledge Management System, updating knowledge articles with relevant information.
  • Enable end users through training and education.
What do we expect?
  • Two or more years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience with ServiceNow tickets.
  • Assistance with software deployment and related issues (standard & non-standard).
  • Support of Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Support for IT devices and software, including peripherals and hardware upgrades.
  • Smart Hands experience supporting printers, scanners, servers, and storage.
  • Support for meeting room equipment and network infrastructure.
  • Willingness to work onsite at client locations.
  • Strong commitment to quality service and interpersonal skills.
