Job summary

Faber is hiring a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to take our platform to industrial partners, adapt it to their workflows, and build new features that feed back into the product. You will spend substantial time on-site, understand real needs, and turn them into working solutions that ship within weeks.

You will own contracts end-to-end, prove value with measurements, and stay the primary contact once deployed. The role evolves into leading the Deployment team within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a forward deployed engineer or AI engineer.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong coding experience and production systems exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments at industrial partners and iterate with the Product team.
• On-site work with customers to understand workflows and deliver solutions.
• Build features and integrations based on field learnings and measurements.
• Lead the Deployment team within 12 months and help hire it.
