An established industry player is seeking an Onshore Procurement & Freight Expeditor to oversee procurement and logistics activities for a major Oil and Gas project. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual terms, managing procurement processes, and coordinating with various teams to facilitate timely material delivery. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in EPC projects, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector, and will play a crucial role in the success of a strategic $18 billion LNG project. Airswift is currently looking for an Onshore C&P Procurement & Freight Expeditor to work with our client, an Oil and Gas Operator.

ACTIVITIES :
Ensure that the EPC Contract procurement and freight related activities are performed in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions and Company procedures:
ACCOUNTABILITY :
To manage and administrate post contract activities related to Onshore EPC Contracts in liaison with all TEPMA1 entities and in particular C&P Entity.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Experienced with EPC/EPCC international Projects, Procurement, Freight and strong knowledge in project execution and proven experience in Oil & Gas project.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT :
Project Entity is a multinational joint venture, has a large Social performance element and is Project financed by high profile lenders.
JOB DIMENSION :
Mozambique LNG is a strategic project led by TotalEnergies – order of magnitude cost of $18 billion. Onshore facilities include 2 LNG trains (13 mtpa), LNG and Condensate storage, Marine Facilities (Jetty and loading facilities), Utilities and Early Site Infrastructure (Resettlement Village, Security works, airport, permanent camps, and roads). Onshore Procurement and Freight expeditor is responsible to perform simple procurement, conduct expediting duties, analyse and monitor freight activities related to the management of the EPC contracts for Onshore package of the MZ LNG project. The associated EPC contract value is circa $3 Billion for 3 years, +/- 200 PO, 1000 Inspections and 400 Shipments.
