Syneos Health in Montrouge, France, is seeking a CRA II for sponsor-dedicated onco-hematology studies. You will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and accurate data capture.

You will verify informed consent, manage ISF/TMF, support subject recruitment, and collaborate with site staff and global teams. Travel up to 75% may be required; bachelor’s degree or RN required; strong communication and computer skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification/initiation, interim monitoring and site management, on-site or remote, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors.
• Assesses site processes; conducts Source Document Review and verifies CRF data accuracy; drives query resolution to closure.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security; ensures proper IP handling.
• Routinely reviews the Investigator Site File (ISF) and reconciles with the TMF; ensures archiving of essential documents.
