Syneos Health in Paris is seeking a CRA II to join our Hybrid office setup. The role covers site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, either on-site or remotely, ensuring regulatory and GCP compliance while safeguarding participant safety and data integrity.

You will verify consent, review ISF/TMF alignment, and support audit readiness, with travel up to 75% and close collaboration with sponsor teams across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and applicable regulations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verify informed consent, protect patient confidentiality, and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct source document review and ensure CRF data accuracy and completeness.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies and maintain project documentation.
