Syneos Health in the Paris area is seeking a Senior CRA I in Oncology to drive sponsor-dedicated site monitoring activities with home-based flexibility and remote capabilities. You will ensure regulatory and protocol compliance while supporting data integrity and patient safety.

This role requires strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, the ability to manage site visits, review source documents, and communicate effectively with investigators. Travel up to 75% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with basic critical thinking.
• Ability to manage travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring and close-out visits on-site or remotely, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent documentation and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors.
• Reviews ISF/TMF, documents activities, supports recruitment/retention strategies, and tracks observations to resolution.
• Manages project scope, timelines and budgets for site activities; trains and mentors junior CRAs as needed.
• Acts as liaison with site personnel and participates in investigator meetings and sponsor meetings.
