About the Role

You’ll support the People team with a focus on onboarding planning and training content. Your role will be to help us create a consistent, engaging, and scalable onboarding experience for new joiners.

Onboarding & Training (60–70%)
  • Contribute to the design and coordination of our onboarding journey
  • Create clear, engaging materials (presentations, guides, checklists, videos) for new joiners
  • Support internal training initiatives: content creation, coordination, logistics
  • Collect feedback from new hires and managers to continuously improve the experience
  • Help manage funding requests with our OPCO for training and onboarding programs
  • Drive automation and improvements of our HRIS to streamline onboarding processes, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy
Internal Communication & Employer Branding (30–40%)
  • Draft and update internal documentation (onboarding kits, process guides, FAQs)
  • Support communication around onboarding and training (newsletters, Slack posts, notion updates)
  • Contribute to employer brand content (testimonials, posts, visuals) showcasing our culture and onboarding journey
About You
  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Communication, HR or related Master’s program (Bac+4/5)
  • Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in French & English
  • Organized, creative, and eager to design content that engages people
  • Curious about HR, training, and how companies scale culture
  • Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful, not afraid to suggest improvements
