Summary: At PwC, our risk and compliance teams focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. They provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and improve internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.

As a risk management generalist at PwC, you will support teams across various risk and compliance areas with advisory and practical assistance.

Role: Onboarding Support Manager

Location: Guernsey/Jersey

Line of Service: Business Enablement

Grade: Manager

Contracted Hours per Week: 37.5 hours

Job Summary: The role involves leading the Onboarding Support Team, managing daily operations related to client onboarding risk activities, ensuring system support, process consistency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage first-line support for onboarding systems and liaise with global teams as needed.
  2. Participate in global working groups and communicate updates.
  3. Ensure data quality and maintain training and process documentation.
  4. Manage acceptance questionnaires and lead UAT testing.
  5. Build relationships with stakeholders and outsourcing providers, ensuring compliance and service quality.
  6. Administer onboarding systems, monitor processes, and ensure adherence to standards.

Direct Reports: Reports to Onboarding Senior Manager; manages Onboarding Senior Associates.

Qualifications & Certifications: No specific qualifications required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing client risk and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with quality management, client structures, Salesforce, and report writing is desirable.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel possible.
