Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Digital Learning Facilitator to engage guests and crew through social media programs, photography and videography.

You will run group and individual eLearning classes, provide photo-enhancement tips, and support café day-to-day operations aboard a ship. Responsibilities include coordinating meeting room schedules, creating daily photo/video content for Lynn and onboard TVs, and collaborating with shore side digital teams to ensure a smooth guest

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent communications experience.
• Strong communication and relationship building with guests.
• Passion for photography and social programs.
• Proficiency with social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• English-language communication skills required.
• Customer service or marketing/sales experience.
• Basic photo and video editing experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and general PC software.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain respectful relations with guests and crew.
• Facilitate eLearning classes supporting social media, photography, and videography.
• Provide guests with tips to enhance photos before sharing.
• Create digital challenges with the entertainment team.
• Manage meeting room schedule for groups and digital classes.
• Create a daily photo/video program for sharing on Lynn or TVs.
• Escort onshore excursions when time permits; share destination photos.
• Support audiovisual requests with shipboard IT.
• Assist with eLearning tablet guest check-out processes.
• Run day-to-day events of the café.
• Follow the cruise line rules; maintain clean internet cafés.
• Ensure proper storage and charging of tablets.
• Collaborate with shore side digital team and onboard teams.
• Assist with onboard APP content updates.
• Provide technical help on iPhones and social media classes.
• Other duties as assigned.
