Middle Point is seeking an Onboard Coordinator for a leading international superyacht refit project in France. You will coordinate day-to-day activities onboard under the Project Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress.

The role requires hands-on coordination of subcontractors, foremen, and technical teams across multiple disciplines, with strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in French and English is expected, along with good MS Office know-how and a practical,

Qualifications

• Experience in marine industry—yacht refit, ship repair, or shipyard operations.
• Hands-on experience coordinating technical works and subcontractors onboard.
• Knowledge of at least two disciplines (mechanics, steelwork, electrical, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day technical activities onboard.
• Organise and coordinate subcontractors, operators and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Welcome operators onboard and ensure work areas are ready for planned activities.
• Maintain effective communication between the Project Manager, technical teams and yacht representatives.
• Follow the progress and quality of works carried out onboard.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, safety and quality procedures.
• Anticipate upcoming activities and coordinate the required logistics, access and operational needs.
• Manage changing priorities and help resolve practical issues arising during refit activities.
• Support smooth cooperation between different technical disciplines.
• Provide the Project Manager with clear updates on onboard progress and operational challenges.
