Job summary

Ananda B.V. is seeking a Service Technician to operate on-site in France at the partner site. The role focuses on testing, maintenance, basic failure analysis, and repairing motors as needed. You will also manage stock checks at the customer site and collaborate on risk planning with the customer.

Two years of related experience, and working proficiency in English and French are required. MS Office and ERP system knowledge will be beneficial for daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
• PCBA welding experience preferred.
• Minimum two years related work experience.
• English and French as working language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Ananda product testing, maintenance and basic failure analysis; repair motors if needed.
• Check or update product stock at customer site and plan with customer.
• Scan and count returned products.
• Test and basic failure analysis for returned products via Ananda link and other equipment.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
