Job summary

Join Ananda B.V. as a Service Technician in France, where you will operate at the site of Ananda’s French business partner to test, maintain, and analyze issues in Ananda products, including motor repairs when needed.

You will also support stock checks at the customer site, perform basic failure analysis on returned items, and contribute to ongoing improvements. The role requires at least two years in industrial repair and English/French use.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
• PCBA welding experience and skill is preferred.
• 2+ years of related working experience.
• English & French as working language.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Ananda product testing, maintenance and basic problem analysis; also need to repairing Ananda motors if need.
• Checking or update the product stock at customer side when there is one potential risk; Ananda and customer will make the plan together.
• Scan and count the returned product.
• Test and basic failure analysis for returned products by Ananda link and other equipment.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
