Job summary

Ananda-B.v. in France seeks a Service Technician to join a team at the site of its French business partner. You will test and maintain Ananda products, repair motors when needed, and support stock checks at customer sites.

You will work in English and French, with MS Office and ERP systems for daily tasks, and you can benefit from onboarding and growth opportunities including travel within France.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
• PCBA welding experience preferred.
• 2+ years of related working experience.
• Minimum secondary level of education.
• English and French as working languages.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and any ERP System.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Ananda product testing and maintenance.
• Repair Ananda motors if needed.
• Check and update product stock with the customer when risks exist; plan together with customer.
• Scan and count returned products.
• Test and perform basic failure analysis for returned products and related equipment.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
