A leading global sports brand in Paris is seeking an Associate Store Leader to manage day-to-day operations. This role involves team management, overseeing product flow, and driving operational excellence during a crucial period. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of retail operations experience, strong leadership skills, and is fluent in both French and English.
We are looking for an Associate Store Leader to join our flagship Champs-Élysées store on a fixed term contract (6 months). In this role, you will support the Store Leader in managing day-to-day operations, developing the team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. From leading team scheduling to managing product launches and handling customer service escalations, you will play a central role in driving operational excellence and team engagement during this key period.
Desired starting date: 1st of October.
You will work closely with the Store Leader and Associate Store Leaders, and collaborate with Retail Operations, Retail Tech, Retail Training, and our global DTC Retail team. In-store, you’ll partner with Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) leads to align on priorities, manage workflows, and ensure seamless operations.
