ENPULSION is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support spacecraft missions—from pre-sales through integration and on-orbit operations. You will be the technical partner, ensuring product performance and clear communication with customers across the space industry.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with customers, analyzing requirements, and providing engineering support to the Sales team, with travel to facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical or scientific education; Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of aerospace or related industry experience.
• Knowledge of Python and space systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities.

Responsabilités

• Act as main contact for project- and program management of key customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices to align with needs.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team.
