ThrustMe is seeking a Mission Success Engineer to manage the post-delivery technical relationship with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. You will be the primary contact for product performance inquiries and coordinate with internal experts to resolve issues.

You will work within the Space Missions team, documenting technical issues, creating effective feedback loops, and ensuring continuous improvement of client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, electronics engineering, or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role or as a systems engineer.
• Fluent English; French is a plus (A2+).

Responsabilités

• Manage technical client relationships.
• Independently answer technical client requests.
• Represent internal experts to solve issues with the right people.
• Understand issues and document them for internal/external use.
• Set up processes and feedback loops with clients using the product.
• Ensure continued client satisfaction and track performance metrics.
