IBERDROLA FRANCE SAS is seeking a QHSE Manager to oversee health, safety, environment and quality for the Saint‑Brieuc offshore wind farm. You will supervise maintenance, ensure regulatory adherence and guide both internal teams and external contractors in risk management and continuous improvement.

Based in Brittany, France, with travel across France and Europe, the role requires strong HSQE leadership, development of procedures, and the ability to act as a liaison with authorities and the O&M

Qualifications

• Professional background in Health & Safety with environmental acumen.
• HSQE experience in offshore industry during operational phase.
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining HSQE policies, plans, procedures and reporting methods.
• Experience driving HSQE performance of internal and external teams.
• Experience in accident investigation.
• Experience in management of Quality systems.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, fluent or professional in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual prevention plans and task-specific safety plans.
• Create and implement HSEQ procedures meeting regulations and company standards.
• Monitor QHSE performance indicators and report on findings.
• Lead risk assessments and emergency response planning.
• Coordinate audits and inspections of internal teams and external contractors.
• Ensure PPE compliance and provide training programs.
• Represent the company to authorities and internal committees.
• Drive a zero-accident culture across offshore operations.
