A global multi-energy company in Paris seeks a Topsides Engineering Leader with extensive experience in oil and gas projects. The role involves managing engineering activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with contractors. Candidates should possess a degree in engineering and 15 years of relevant experience. Fluent English is required, while knowledge of Portuguese and French is a plus. This is a 12-month renewable contract starting in May 2026.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas with broad brownfield project experience.
• Experience in engineering and offshore operations.
• Ability to work in transversal teams with Contractors and personnel from different countries.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE and Quality.
• Assist the Department Manager in developing an efficient engineering organization.
• Identify and manage engineering studies, supervise contractor engineering.
• Maintain regular, high-quality communication with contractor counterparts.
• Assist with call-for-tenders activities and anticipate deviations.
