Groupe PARLYM is seeking a Topsides Rotating Engineer for the VENUS project with TotalEnergies. The role involves mobility across Paris, Singapore, Geoje, and travel to France, South Korea, China, and the UK.

You will lead rotating equipment integration, ensure compliance with standards, and drive reliability and HSE along the project lifecycle. Fluent English and proven FPSO experience are required, with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and support commissioning and FATs/Hazop

Qualifications

• Confirmed experience in FPSO projects.
• Strong rotating equipment expertise.
• Experience with FATs, technical audits and HAZOP.
• Fluent English and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Support FPSO Lead Rotating on integration of rotating equipment.
• Ensure engineering solutions meet standards and client requirements.
• Lead technical coordination between vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Drive reliability and performance optimization of rotating machinery.
• Support commissioning and start-up phases.
• Contribute to FATs, technical audits and HAZOP reviews.
• Champion HSE best practices.

About the project
VENUS is a landmark project for TotalEnergies: the first Oil & Gas deep offshore facilities in Namibian waters, at 3,000m water depth, with a CAPEX exceeding 10 BUSD. The project includes drilling and completing 38 wells (DRILLEX > 3 BUSD), with the ambition to maximize reserves and economic performance while reducing GHG emissions and maintaining the highest technical and H3SE standards.

Your mission

• Support the FPSO Lead Rotating on technical & operational integration of rotating equipment across the project lifecycle
• Ensure engineering solutions comply with company standards and client requirements
• Lead technical coordination between vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Drive reliability and performance optimization of rotating machinery
• Support commissioning & start-up phases

Profil recherché :

• Confirmed level in Rotating Equipment
• Confirmed experience with FATs, technical audits, HAZOP
• Fluent English, strong communication skills, comfortable in multicultural environments
• Willingness to travel across France, South Korea, China, and the UK as required by project needs
