• Participe aux évaluations techniques des appels d'offres émis par RTE.

Job Description:

Role Definition

The Offshore Substation SCADA & Control System Engineer is responsible for specifying the offshore substations Control Systems domains, including secondary systems such as video surveillance, alarm systems, passenger announcement systems, maritime and aerial beacon systems, radio systems, and weather stations.

The engineer:

• Writes and updates the technical repository for offshore stations.
• Delivers specifications for projects initiated by RTE.
• Participates in technical evaluations of tenders issued by RTE.
• Monitors contract execution and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinates with experts from CNER, RTE's Control & Protection Department, and IT & Telecom Department.

The role reports to the Poseidon SCADA & Control System Leader and the head of division, delivering:

• Technical specifications
• Technical tender evaluations
• Coordination with other departments
• Meeting coordination and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Industrial Control Systems or Control & Protections Engineering
• 5+ years in offshore substations or platforms: engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance
• Proven offshore platform experience with clients, EPCIC contractors, HV OIMs, or offshore O&M
• Experience with European TSO or offshore wind farm developers is a plus
• Team collaboration skills
• Fluent in written French; speaking is a plus
• English proficiency for project deliverables and communication

Conditions

This is a full-time position within the POSEIDON team, with growing project opportunities and potential extensions.

Duration: 12 months, extendable
