As an experienced operations consultant, your role is crucial in helping us achieve this Purpose, making you an integral part of our operations.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Offshore Oil & Gas safety expert to join us on a project in the field based in Africa. You will support our consultants in conducting a detailed assessment of the current safety culture and behaviours - working on rotation for up to 6 months (exact duration to be confirmed).

You will be an expert in offshore safety with deep experience in working offshore with leaders and operators to ensure the application of both legal standards and best practices in safety along with the following skills and qualifications :

• A demonstrable experience in coaching and supporting the change of behaviours.
• A strong operational background within the upstream Oil & Gas sector with a considerable amount of time spent offshore.
• You will be willing to travel and work offshore for extended periods as a freelance specialist.
• You will hold current BOSIET and MIST certifications or are willing to secure them at short notice.
• Extensive experience as a Safety leader in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically, upstream.
