• Full GWO training and electrical accreditation for France.

Role Definition

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Project Engineer to ensure the engineering follow-up for the installation operations of floaters for a Floating Offshore Wind Farm. This role requires a strong on-site presence both offshore and onshore, overseeing safety aspects during installation activities.

Key Responsibilities :

· Interact with internal stakeholders and partners as the focal point for technical matters.

· Prepare the deliverables list and planning in line with the project schedule. Control, review, and monitor any deviations from the plan.

· Provide narratives and reports to attach to weekly and monthly reports.

· Authorize the issuance of construction status of engineering deliverables.

· Manage the engineering subcontractor, controlling the schedule of deliverables, ensuring quality, approving interim progress, and analyzing claims or engineering changes.

· Manage design changes, whether external or internal.

· Support the Project Manager in controlling the EPC Contractor.

· Support the Development Department in issuing and monitoring work requisitions (quantity, scope of work, work description, etc.).

· Support the Construction Manager during erection activities, clarifying doubts or providing solutions to recover delays.

Requirements

· Engineering background.

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.

· Experience in offshore/onshore environments, preferably within wind farm or offshore energy projects.

· Strong background in offshore installation operations and marine safety protocols.

· Full GWO training.

· Electrical accreditation training for France.
